The National Service Authority (NSA) has released PIN Codes for qualified applicants seeking to undertake national service in the 2026/2027 service year.
The release covers eligible Ghanaian graduates who previously defaulted or were unable to complete their mandatory national service, as well as foreign-trained graduates and private candidates.
In a statement issued on Monday, September 28, 2026, the Authority said the release followed the completion of the various stages of the application process, including registration, payment, verification and approval.
The NSA said it received 7,794 applications from prospective national service personnel. Of this number, 4,722 applicants have completed the required payment, while 3,072 applications are still pending payment.
The Authority further indicated that 3,129 applications had been approved, with another 1,558 awaiting approval. Thirty-five applications were rejected during the process.
The NSA explained that the figures represent applications at different stages of the enrolment process and stressed that applicants must satisfy all applicable requirements before their participation can be finalised.
Applicants whose applications have been approved have been directed to check their National Service PIN Codes and complete the remaining steps required for enrolment.
The Authority also urged applicants to carefully review the personal information linked to their PIN Codes to ensure that all details are accurate and up to date.
Those who identify errors in their information or encounter challenges during the process have been advised to contact the appropriate NSA office for assistance.
The Authority reminded successful applicants that national service is a statutory obligation for eligible graduates and urged them to comply with all requirements and deadlines communicated for the 2026/2027 service year.
