The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the disbursement of three years’ worth of overdue Academic Intervention arrears for qualified personnel of Senior High Schools (SHSs) and Senior High Technical Schools (SHTSs).
According to a statement issued by the GES, the payment encompasses the 2023/2024, 2024/2025, and 2025/2026 academic years.
The Service stated that the payment aims to enhance staff motivation and facilitate the effective execution of the Academic Intervention Programme.
