Madrid launches relief campaign for Venezuela earthquake victims

Spanish football giants Real Madrid have announced a major humanitarian initiative to support victims of the recent earthquakes in Venezuela, pledging significant financial assistance to aid relief and recovery efforts.

In an official statement, the club revealed that the Real Madrid Foundation is partnering with the Red Cross to launch a fundraising campaign to help communities affected by the disaster.

As part of the initiative, Real Madrid has committed €1 million to support victims and their families as they recover from the devastating impact of the earthquakes.

The club also announced that its president, Florentino Pérez, will personally contribute an additional €1 million to the relief effort, bringing the total initial contribution to €2 million.
