The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has declared a man identified as Wisdom Dogbey wanted over alleged offences of defrauding by false pretences and money laundering.
In a public notice, EOCO urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of Dogbey to assist authorities in locating him.
The anti-corruption and economic crime agency stated that persons possessing relevant information should contact its head office, situated adjacent to the Old Parliament House on Barnes Road in Accra.
Information may also be furnished at any of EOCO’s regional offices or the nearest police station.
EOCO’s notice did not furnish additional details regarding the allegations or the sum of money purportedly involved.
The agency has encouraged members of the public with information that could facilitate the location of Dogbey to report to the appropriate authorities.
