The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is appealing to the public for information on the relatives of a Ghanaian man who has died in Berlin, Germany.
The deceased, identified as Stephen Kofi Boamah, was born on February 8, 1986, in Kumasi.
In a statement issued on September 11, 2026, the Ministry said, “Mr. Boamah’s lifeless body was found in an apartment in Berlin, Germany”.
According to the Ministry, the deceased was reportedly known among members of the Ghanaian community in Berlin by the nickname “Gully.”
The Ministry is therefore urging anyone who has information about Mr. Boamah or knows his relatives in Ghana to come forward.
It explained that such information would help authorities contact his family and make the necessary arrangements regarding his remains.
“The information will assist the Ministry in notifying the deceased’s relatives and facilitating the necessary arrangements concerning his remains,” it said.
