Reports in Spain have suggested that José Mourinho has already begun shaping his plans for Real Madrid ahead of next season, with several players reportedly facing uncertain futures at the club.
According to Spanish journalist Ramón Álvarez de Mon, Mourinho has informed Real Madrid’s hierarchy that six players are not part of his plans for the upcoming campaign.
The players named in the report are Eduardo Camavinga, Rodrygo Goes, Franco Mastantuono, Fran García, Raúl Asencio and Dani Ceballos.
The report has generated significant discussion among Real Madrid supporters, particularly because some of the players mentioned have played important roles for the club in recent seasons.
Rodrygo has been a key figure in Madrid’s attack, while Camavinga has been regarded as one of the most talented young midfielders in European football.
The same reports suggest that Mourinho intends to build his team around Jude Bellingham and Federico Valverde.
Both midfielders have become central figures for Real Madrid and are widely considered among the club’s most influential players. Their energy, leadership and consistency have made them fan favourites at the Santiago Bernabéu.
Real Madrid is expected to be active in the transfer market this summer as the club looks to strengthen its squad and maintain its position among Europe’s elite teams.
Any departures could create room for new arrivals, while several academy players may also be given opportunities to impress.
Mastantuono’s inclusion in the reported list has also attracted attention. The highly-rated Argentine youngster is regarded as one of South America’s brightest prospects and has been linked with a long-term future at the Spanish giants.
