Medeama SC have stepped up their preparations for the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season with a major recruitment drive aimed at strengthening different areas of the team.
With the new campaign scheduled to begin on September 4, the Mauve and Yellows have been among the most active clubs in the transfer market, bringing in players to improve their midfield, defence and attack.
One of the club’s notable signings is Etse Dogli, who joins from Heart of Lions on a three-year contract. Emmanuel Boateng has also arrived from Eleven Wonders on a two-year deal, while free agent Dominic Frimpong has signed a three-year contract to strengthen the attacking department.
Medeama have continued to add depth with the recruitment of Usman Safianu, Abdul Rahman Yaya and Emmanuel Annor from Nations FC.
The club have also secured the services of winger Emmanuel Fobi from Georgian club Dila Gori. Fobi has signed a three-year contract and is expected to provide additional attacking options.
Other new arrivals include Issah Ibrahim from Latvia and Sudanese goalkeeper Monged Abuzaid Salman.
Medeama have further strengthened their midfield with the signing of Blessing Kwabena Dwamena, while Jelillu Osman joins from New Edubiase.
The club have also completed deals for Emmanuel Anokye from Sporting Club Accra and right-back Ebenezer Adade from Dreams FC.
The scale of the recruitment suggests that Medeama are looking to build a deeper squad capable of competing on several fronts during the new season.
