Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs have taken control of Group A of the 2026 X1 Energy Drink Division One League Super Cup after securing two consecutive victories.
The Cape Coast-based side have collected six points from their opening two matches, putting them at the top of the group and strengthening their chances of progressing to the next stage of the competition.
Dwarfs began their campaign in impressive fashion, defeating Real Tamale United 4-1 in their opening match. They followed that performance with another strong display against Attram De Visser, recording a 2-0 victory to maintain their perfect start.
The two wins have given Dwarfs a strong position in the group as they continue their pursuit of the Super Cup title.
Real Tamale United, meanwhile, recovered from their heavy opening-day defeat to Dwarfs with a convincing victory over Debibi United.
RTU produced an improved performance to beat Debibi United 4-1, earning their first three points of the competition and moving into second place in the group.
Attram De Visser and Debibi United have one point each after two matches, leaving both teams with work to do in their remaining fixtures if they are to keep their hopes of advancing alive.
Dwarfs’ strong start has made them the early favourites in Group A, but the competition remains open with matches still to be played.
The Super Cup provides participating Division One clubs with an opportunity to test their squads and build momentum ahead of the new domestic football season.
