A fire has erupted at the District Magistrate Court “B” in Sunyani, leading to a quick emergency response from the Ghana National Fire Service.

Firefighters from both the municipal station and the regional headquarters rushed to the scene and immediately began efforts to control the flames.

They are working hard to stop the fire from spreading to nearby buildings.

Authorities have not yet determined how much damage the court has suffered.

Officials also cannot confirm at this stage whether important documents or exhibits inside the building have been affected.

Investigators have not identified the cause of the fire. For now, they continue to assess the situation as firefighters manage the incident.

No injuries or deaths have been reported.
