A fire has destroyed several stalls and goods at Tafo Moro Market, a major second-hand shoe trading centre in the Old Tafo Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The incident has disrupted trading activities, leaving affected traders counting their losses and clearing the remains of their burnt stalls.
Some traders were seen trying to recover whatever they could from the wreckage of their shops after the fire.
The incident comes just days after two other fire outbreaks were reported in Kumasi, adding to the losses suffered by traders in the city.
The affected traders are appealing to the government and relevant authorities for support to help them recover their losses and rebuild their businesses.
