Ebusua Dwarfs midfielder Isaiah Classpeter Okyere has been named the Best Player of the 2026 X1 DOL Super Cup following an impressive performance during the tournament in Obuasi.
Classpeter missed Ebusua Dwarfs’ opening match of the competition but made a strong return in their second game. He quickly established himself as one of the standout players and went on to win the Man of the Match award twice in four appearances.
Playing in midfield, the talented player was an important part of Ebusua Dwarfs’ successful campaign. His composure, energy and ability to influence play helped the team navigate the competition and eventually claim the trophy.
Classpeter was also influential in the final against Semper Fi as Ebusua Dwarfs fought for their first X1 DOL Super Cup title.
The final ended 1-1 after 90 minutes, forcing the two teams to settle the contest through a penalty shootout. Ebusua Dwarfs held their nerve to secure a 5-4 victory on penalties to lift the trophy.
