Luis Enrique hands real estate company to wife

Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has stepped down as chief executive officer of his family’s real estate company, handing control of the business to his wife, Elena Cullell.

Reports from Spain say the company, formerly known as Patrimonial Lupasi SL, has now been renamed Lupasi Gestión Empresarial SL as part of a major restructuring process.

The business is based in Barcelona and reportedly controls assets worth around €27 million, mainly through property investments and real estate projects across Spain.

According to reports, Luis Enrique stepped down from his role for personal reasons but injected more than €1.4 million into the company before leaving his position.

The latest investment is said to have increased the company’s subscribed capital to more than €2.25 million.

The company remains in experienced hands as Elena Cullell takes over leadership responsibilities.

She is an economics graduate from the University of Barcelona and has years of experience in business and real estate management.

Despite maintaining a private lifestyle away from football headlines, she has reportedly played an important role in managing the family’s business affairs over the years.

The move comes during another successful period in Luis Enrique’s coaching career.

The former Barcelona and Spain manager recently guided Paris Saint-Germain to another strong season in France and Europe, further strengthening his reputation as one of the top coaches in world football.

Beyond football, Luis Enrique has built a strong investment portfolio through real estate.

Reports indicate that the family owns properties and land in several high-value locations in Spain, including Barcelona, Sitges, Castelldefels, Ibiza and the Val d’Aran region.

Luis Enrique and Elena Cullell have been married since 1997 and are widely regarded as one of Spain’s most respected football families.

Their partnership has often been praised for balancing football success with business stability and family life.
