Dr. Isaac Bampoe Addo, the Executive Secretary of the Civil and Local Government Staff Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG), has died.
Dr. Bampoe Addo reportedly passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026, after a brief illness.
He served as a key figure in CLOGSAG’s engagements with government and other stakeholders, particularly on issues concerning public sector workers.
As Executive Secretary, Dr. Bampoe Addo played a significant role in the association’s national negotiations and industrial actions, while also contributing to the development of CLOGSAG’s institutional policies.
He was actively involved in representing the interests of CLOGSAG members on labour-related and broader public sector matters.
