Famous Ghanaian actress Beverly Afaglo Baah is dead.
The news of her demise was confirmed by her husband, Eugene Kwadwo Boadu Baah, who is popularly known as Choirmaster (formerly a member of the music group Praye), through an emotional Instagram post shared on Sunday, May 24.
The musician conveyed profound sorrow over the loss of his wife, referring to her as his strength, happiness, and greatest supporter.
“My heart is shattered beyond words over the death of my beloved wife Beverly Afaglo!!!” he wrote.
Choirmaster revealed that Beverly’s passing occurred just days prior to her birthday.
“It would have been just like 4 more days to your birthday but I guess the Lord wanted to celebrate with you so he called you,” he added.
The grieving musician reminisced about the moments they shared, stating that every experience with her was a blessing he would treasure eternally.
He also vowed to continue the plans and projects they had initiated together, expressing his belief that her memory would always remain with him.
“You were my strength, my happiness, and the reason my life felt complete. I promise to take care and continue everything we planned and started. Until my last breath, you will remain in my heart forever,” he stated.
The announcement has since led to an outpouring of condolences from fans, colleagues, and members of the entertainment industry on social media.
