The latest demolition comes after the earlier demolition of La Pleasure Beach, an exercise that sparked resistance from some residents and owners of affected properties.

The operation at Polo Beach Club began in the early hours of Friday after security personnel arrived at the facility at about 4:00 a.m. and instructed residents and workers to vacate the premises.

Several other structures in the area have also been targeted as the clearance exercise continues, with personnel from the security agencies overseeing the demolitions.

The ongoing operation has attracted attention as authorities move to clear structures within the La Beach area.
