Belgian-Ghanaian music duo B-Phace and Frimps Joe have returned with a new 14-track album titled ‘MG4L,’ a year after their last project.
The album, whose title means “My Gee for Life,” explores themes of friendship, ambition, faith, discipline, and perseverance.
The duo combines hip-hop, soul-rap, and boom-bap across the project, with Twi and English featuring prominently in the songs.

Tracks on the album include ‘In My Mind,’ ‘Newbeez,’ ‘Holy Boyz,’ ‘E45,’ and ‘Can I Live.’
According to the duo, the project reflects their experiences as two friends pursuing their creative ambitions while navigating work, family, faith, and personal responsibility.
‘MG4L’ follows a series of releases that began with ‘100 Burpees,’ followed by ‘Game Plan,’ ‘Revacofit,’ and ‘Good Life.’
Frimps Joe, who has Ghanaian roots, has previously collaborated with artists including Pappy Kojo and Philou Louzolo and opened for Ciara in 2013.
B-Phace, also known as producer DaBeatbad, handles production and sonic direction on the project, with production credits involving artists including Lil Skid, Power Be, and Kwaku DMC.
The album is available on digital streaming platforms worldwide.
