Black Stars arrive in USA for world cup

Ghana’s national football team, the Black Stars, have arrived in the United States to continue preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The team departed Cardiff on Wednesday afternoon and landed in Washington, D.C., later that evening as they entered the final stage of their build-up to the global tournament.

Officials from Ghana’s High Commission in Washington welcomed the delegation upon arrival.
