Nsuopon Fidelity currently sit at the top of Group B in the 2026 X1 DOL Super Cup after collecting four points from their opening two matches.
The team began their campaign with a narrow 1-0 victory over FC AshantiGold before settling for a goalless draw against Tamale City in their second game.
The results have placed Nsuopon Fidelity in a strong position heading into the final round of group matches.
Tamale City occupy second place with two points after recording consecutive goalless draws. They were held by Semper Fi in their opening match before playing out another 0-0 draw against Nsuopon Fidelity.
Tamale City have also maintained a strong defensive record, having yet to concede a goal in the competition.
Semper Fi is also on two points after drawing their first two matches. They shared the points with Tamale City before recording another goalless draw against FC AshantiGold.
FC AshantiGold, meanwhile, are at the bottom of the group with one point. The Miners suffered a 1-0 defeat to Nsuopon Fidelity in their opening game before earning a point from their goalless draw with Semper Fi.
The final group matches are scheduled for Saturday. The competition remains open, particularly for the teams battling for the remaining qualification spots.
Nsuopon Fidelity will be looking to maintain their position at the top and secure qualification, while Tamale City and Semper Fi will be hoping to turn their draws into a crucial victory.
AshantiGold face the toughest task, needing a positive result to revive their chances of advancing in the tournament.
The final round of matches is therefore expected to determine which teams progress from Group B.
