Despite securing qualification, captain Issah Abdul Rafiu has stressed that the team remains focused on the task ahead and will not ease off against the hosts.

Burkina Faso, meanwhile, will be counting on the support of their home fans and familiarity with local conditions to challenge Ghana.

The tournament serves as a qualifying competition for the 2027 U17 Africa Cup of Nations, making every performance important as Ghana pursue their ambitions of progressing further in the competition today, October 16.
