Rapper Amerado has sparked debate online after a video showing his interaction with an upcoming artiste, who was discussing the challenges of building a career in music, went viral.
In the video, the upcoming musician spoke about his struggles in the industry, including the difficulty of affording quality studio production.

Amerado, however, questioned whether expensive studio sound should be the immediate priority for an emerging artiste.
“What are you using quality sound for?” he asked.
The “Kweku Ananse” hitmaker explained that when he was starting out, he was less concerned about achieving perfect studio quality and instead focused on expressing himself and developing his craft.
He said he produced demo after demo while concentrating on his message and authenticity.
Amerado’s advice was that an upcoming artiste should not allow the inability to afford high-end studio production to prevent them from creating music.
