Nollywood star Jim Iyke has recently opened up about his personal life, leaving fans with a bit of a riddle regarding his love life.
During a candid chat, the actor described his current relationship status as a confusing middle ground.
He didn’t offer a simple “yes” or “no” when asked if he was off the market. Instead, he teased:
“I am between married and single. Figure it out.”
While his romantic life remains a mystery, Iyke spoke clearly about the moments that shaped his soul. He called the birth of his son, Harvis Ike, the absolute best experience of his entire life.
In contrast, he described losing his mother as his deepest heartbreak.
The actor was previously married to Dana Kinduryte, a lawyer from Lithuania. They welcomed their son, Harvis Chidubem Ike, in 2015, but the marriage eventually crumbled under the weight of sorrow.
Iyke admitted that his mother’s death pushed him into such intense grief that he struggled to show up as a husband.
Even though the pain of loss pulled the couple apart, they didn’t let bitterness take over. They reportedly ended their marriage on friendly terms and continue to move forward separately.
