Karela United FC will be hoping to return to winning ways when they host unbeaten Hearts of Oak SC in a Ghana Premier League Matchday Four clash on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
The match will be played at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale, with both sides having different targets going into the encounter.
Karela United will be looking to recover from a painful 2-1 defeat to Aduana FC in Dormaa last weekend. The Tamale-based side conceded a late stoppage-time goal to suffer their second defeat in three league matches.
Their recent league record has been mixed, with three wins, two draws and five defeats in their last 10 matches.
However, Karela United will take confidence from their record against Hearts of Oak at home. They have won three, drawn two and lost once in their last six league meetings with the Phobians on home soil since the 2020/21 season.
The hosts have also won three of their last five league matches in Tamale and will hope that home advantage helps them secure a positive result.
