The Ministry of the Interior has announced that recruitment for Ghana’s internal security agencies will commence from November 15 to December 15, 2025.
This nationwide initiative will include the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and the Ghana Immigration Service.
In a public announcement, the Ministry stated that the recruitment is part of efforts to enhance internal security, bolster public safety, and facilitate effective service delivery across the security agencies.
The Ministry has called upon disciplined and patriotic Ghanaian citizens who aspire to serve the nation with integrity and professionalism to submit their applications within the designated one-month period.
Prospective applicants are advised to thoroughly read all instructions and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.
According to the Ministry, only those applicants who are shortlisted will be contacted and invited for screening, aptitude tests, and background verification.
The statement also warned applicants against engaging with individuals or groups who claim they can influence the recruitment process for a fee.
It further emphasised that the Ministry of the Interior and its agencies do not impose any fees at any stage of the recruitment process.
Applicants who provide false information or submit forged documents will be disqualified and may face legal action.
The Ministry additionally cautioned that individuals who involve intermediaries at any point in the process will be automatically disqualified.
