One dead as fire destroys two-bedroom home in Sefwi Adjoafua

A quiet night in Sefwi Adjoafua turned tragic when a raging domestic fire tore through a two-bedroom home, claiming the life of 70-year-old Kwasi Nkansah.

The devastating fire which swept through the residence in the Western North Region, has left the community in shock and mourning.

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) confirmed the incident in a Facebook announcement on Monday, February 16, indicating that the fire had destroyed the two-bedroom, one-kitchen residence.

Firefighters who arrived at the scene reportedly faced challenges due to heavy rainfall and poor road conditions.
