The initiative forms part of the implementation of FIFA’s Commercial Strategy framework and is expected to bring together key stakeholders in Ghanaian women’s football.

Participants will include club executives, sponsors, media organisations, commercial partners and football administrators.

Discussions during the workshop will focus on ways to improve the visibility and financial sustainability of the Women’s Premier League.

Key areas expected to be addressed include marketing, branding, sponsorship, digital infrastructure, content development and fan engagement.

Stakeholders will also explore emerging commercial opportunities that could help clubs and the league generate additional revenue while attracting more interest from fans, businesses and potential sponsors.

The workshop comes as efforts continue to strengthen the structures supporting women’s football in Ghana.

Organisers are expected to use the engagement to identify practical strategies that can make the league more attractive to commercial partners and improve its long-term financial outlook.

Beyond generating revenue, the discussions are expected to examine how better branding, digital content and fan engagement can increase the league’s reach and create stronger connections between clubs and supporters.
