The Ghana Football Association (GFA) is set to release the full fixture list for the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League on Thursday, July 23, giving clubs and supporters a clear picture of the upcoming season.
The fixtures will be unveiled at 2:00 p.m. GMT (local time) and will include all 306 matches scheduled to be played during the campaign.
The complete schedule will be published on the GFA’s official website and shared across the Association’s official social media platforms.
The release of the fixtures marks another important milestone ahead of the new football season, allowing all 18 Premier League clubs to begin detailed preparations for the campaign.
Each club will receive a schedule covering its full 34-match league programme, including home and away fixtures against every other team in the competition.
With the fixture list confirmed, clubs will be able to plan their training schedules, travel arrangements and logistical preparations well in advance of the season’s opening matches.
Fans will also have the opportunity to identify key fixtures, including regional rivalries and highly anticipated clashes involving the league’s biggest clubs.
The GFA has already announced that the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season will officially begin on the weekend of September 4 to 7, 2026. The campaign is expected to run for nearly nine months before concluding on the weekend of May 28 to 31, 2027.
The new season is expected to feature intense competition as clubs seek to challenge for the league title, qualify for continental competitions and avoid relegation.
Teams have already begun strengthening their squads through player recruitment and pre-season training in preparation for the demanding campaign.
