The Ghana Education Service (GES) has declared that the names of shortlisted candidates for its National Service Personnel (NSP) recruitment exercise will be released by July 20, 2026, as the Service continues to review applications submitted across the country.
In a statement released on Wednesday, June 24, the management indicated that it is currently evaluating all applications to ensure that candidates fulfil the eligibility criteria specified in the recruitment advertisement.
The Service expressed gratitude to all applicants and assured them that the selection process is being carried out in accordance with established protocols.
As per the recruitment schedule published by the GES, the application review is anticipated to be finalised by June 30, which will allow for the announcement of shortlisted candidates on July 20.
Additionally, the Service revealed that successful candidates will participate in an onboarding process at both regional and district levels from July 20 to August 31. This initiative aims to prepare recruits for their deployment and integration into the education sector.
GES stated that all successful candidates are expected to commence duty on August 31, 2026, which will signify the conclusion of the recruitment process.
