Okaikwei South: Chaos erupts over alleged leaked ballots

Confusion erupted at the St. Theresa’s School polling station in the Okaikwei South constituency after a group, alleged to be affiliated with the New Patriotic Party (NPP), was found in possession of suspected counterfeit ballots.

The incident occurred amid rising anticipation of the election results, causing chaos as party supporters and polling officials attempted to maintain order and transparency.

According to eyewitnesses, the suspects arrived at the polling station in a vehicle, attempting to access the premises.

Their actions raised suspicions among vigilant supporters and polling agents at the location.

Upon closer examination, the group was discovered to have ballots that seemed to be pre-marked.

The suspected fake ballots appeared to mimic official electoral materials, raising concerns about possible misconduct in the election process.
