Controversial social media influencer, Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandy Kiss, has raised an alarm over alleged plans to have her taken to a psychiatric hospital.
In a post shared on her social media page, Mandy Kiss claimed that some people were scheming to forcefully admit her to a psychiatric facility, a move she described as unnecessary and unjustified.
According to her, she is mentally sound and merely engages in online content creation as a source of livelihood.
The controversy comes weeks after her public declaration to attempt a Guinness World Record by sleeping with 100 men in one day, a statement that drew widespread criticism across social media.
Following the backlash, the influencer clarified that her comments were purely for content creation and not a real-life intention.
“Please, Nigerians, have mercy on me. I am not mentally ill. I am only trying to make a living. They are using an excuse to take me to a psychiatric hospital. Everything I do online is for content and to trend,” she pleaded.
Despite her growing controversies, media reports that Mandy Kiss was recently appointed as a brand ambassador for the Lagos State Kicks Against Drug Abuse initiative, a development that has continued to stir mixed reactions among Nigerians online.
