Liverpool have triggered an option to extend goalkeeper Alisson Becker’s contract until 2027.
Liverpool signed Giorgi Mamardashvili in the summer of 2024 and, after he spent last season on loan at Valencia, he joined the Reds’ squad for this campaign.
However, Alisson has remained Arne Slot’s No 1 when fit, and is now set to retain the role next season, too.
The Brazilian joined Liverpool from Roma in 2018 and the extension will take him into a ninth season at Anfield.
