GNFS addresses concerns faced by applicants

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has provided guidance to applicants involved in the ongoing 2025/2026 recruitment and enlistment exercise who are encountering difficulties accessing the online application portal.

In a statement, GNFS clarified that the Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal (CSERP), available at https://cserpgh.com, is the official and primary means of communication with applicants.

The Service warned that SMS notifications might be delayed or may not be received due to circumstances beyond the system’s control, and thus advised applicants to frequently check their portals for updates.

Applicants facing login issues, especially those related to forgotten or incorrect passwords, are encouraged to utilise the password reset feature available on the portal to regain access.

GNFS further recommended that applicants who continue to experience difficulties after resetting their passwords should reach out to the agency-specific support lines listed on the CSERP platform for assistance.

The Service also reminded applicants to log in using the serial number and PIN from the recruitment voucher purchased, emphasising that these details are crucial for accessing personal application information.

Meanwhile, GNFS announced that results from the documentation and body selection exercises will be made available on applicants’ portals between Thursday, February 5, and Monday, February 9, 2026.

Applicants who successfully navigate these stages will receive updates on their portals and SMS notifications to advance to the next phase of the recruitment process, which is the aptitude test. Information regarding test dates, candidate categories, and assessment modalities will be communicated in due course.
