The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has announced its approved fees for services for the year 2026.
According to a notice from the Authority, the new charges apply to a wide range of licensing and vehicle-related services offered by the DVLA nationwide.
These include the conversion and upgrading of driving licences, replacement of lost or damaged licences, licence renewals, issuance of new driving licences, accident reports, proficiency tests, and the issuance of international driving permits, among others.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, February 5, the Chief Executive Officer of the DVLA, Julius Neequaye Kotey, explained that the publication of the 2026 fees is meant to keep the public informed and promote transparency in the Authority’s service delivery.
The DVLA has also advised the public to take note of the approved rates and to carry out all transactions only at official DVLA offices and authorised centres.
