‘Don’t throw in the towel; tomorrow might be your turn’- Piesie Esther

Award-winning Ghanaian gospel musician Piesie Esther has encouraged her colleagues in the music industry never to give up in life, as many opportunities await them.

The ‘Wayε Me Yie’ hitmaker shared this motivational message in an interview monitored by The Ghana Report on TV3.

Piesie Esther has been nominated for seven categories for the upcoming Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Her album, titled ”Wayε Me Yie’, released in 2022, propelled her into the limelight.

According to her, she has always been working hard to rise to the top as a winner at any of the VGMA ceremonies.

To her surprise, her wish has become half fulfilled, and she hopes the final dream will come to pass if she is declared the Best Artiste of the Year at the 24th VGMA on Saturday,  May 13,  2023, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Center.

She also revealed that ‘Wayε Me Yie’ tells a true life story of herself and believes there will be a brighter future for others experiencing bad times.

According to her, the song is not loved only by Christians but several people from other faiths.
