The week-long refresher course for holders of the CAF License A Coaching certificate will end on Thursday, September 16, 2021.
Thirty-six (36) CAF License A holders took part in the training programme which was held at the Ghanaman Centre of Excellence, Prampram.
The Coaches were taking through player profiling, attacking instincts, Match Observation and Report writing, Technology and Data in Team selection, and Communication within and outside the pitch.
The refresher course is in line with CAF’s new Coaching Convention that enjoins Member Associations to organize refresher courses for all license coaches every two years.
Licensed coaches who fail to undertake the refresher course run the risk of having their Licenses expired or invalid.
Director of Coaching Education Professor Joseph Kwame Mintah led the training with assistance and directives from Technical Director Bernhard Lippert and other CAF/FIFA instructors.
