Buy enough credit – ECG tells customers ahead of emergency maintenance

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has informed customers to purchase sufficient credit as it embarks on emergency maintenance on its Nuri Kamstrup Prepayment Server.
The exercise is scheduled to begin at 11:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2024, and continue until 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2024.
This precaution to purchase enough credit before the exercise is necessary to ensure an uninterrupted power supply during maintenance.
In a brief statement issued on July 11, 2024, the company apologized for any inconvenience this may cause and said it appreciates the understanding and cooperation of its valued customers.
