Winning our last two matches has given us a lot of confidence – Kwesi Fabin

The head coach of Legon Cities FC, Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin has taken a lot of positives from his team’s recent form.

The capital-based club in the last two matches has picked six points.

Legon Cities FC last Saturday labored to defeat Berekum Chelsea 3-2. Before that game, the team had posted a 2-0 impressive victory over giants Hearts of Oak.

Speaking in a post-match interview after the victory over Berekum Chelsea, Legon Cities coach Paa Kwesi Fabin said his team is now full of confidence.

He said the two consecutive wins would propel his team to pick more points to escape relegation.

“I think it’s a good thing and it will help to prepare for our next game. We are not yet safe but we believe that with a little bit of hard work, we will able to stay out of this relegation battle,” Coach Fabin said.

Up next for Legon Cities FC, the team will face off with Asante Kotoko in Kumasi.
