World Cup 2022: Belgium name Ghanaian descent Jeremy Doku in final squad for the mundial
Belgium trainer Roberto Martinez has included Jeremy Doku in his final 26-man squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The biggest soccer mundial has been scheduled for November and December this year, with 32 countries set to battle it out for the covetous trophy in Qatar.
With 9 days to start of the tournament, all 32 participating countries have been unveiling their squad for the much-anticipated tournament.
Doku, who plies his trade for French Ligue 1 outfit Stade Rennes has been named in the final squad list despite limited game time due to injury setbacks.
The winger made his debut for the Red Devils on September 2020 against Denmark in the UEFA Nations League.
Doku has not featured for Belgium since March due to injuries. This season, he has featured just ones for Stade Rennes.
Belgium has been housed in Group F against Canada, Morocco and Croatia.
