We’ll Surely Get You – Police Tell Lone Robber Terrorizing Accra Homes

The Ghana Police Service has assured the public that they would do whatever it takes to arrest and prosecute an unidentified gunman raiding affluent homes in Accra.

A CCTV captured the assailant in one of the homes he robbed during his usual operations, and the police say they are already on the tail of the criminal.

“Police intelligence teams have been working on the matter for some time now to get the suspect arrested to face justice, and; we will surely get him,” an update on the matter, copied to The Ghana Report, said.

Meanwhile, “additional security measures have also been deployed in the affected communities to prevent similar incidents”.

Information gathered by The Ghana Report suggests that he has robbed multiple homes in the wealthy suburbs of Ghana’s capital, Accra, and made away with unspecified amounts of cash, jewellery, and other valuable items.

His target is the prime areas, including Cantonment, Labone, Roman Ridge, and the Airport Residential Area.

His modus operandi is to monitor unlocked and unsecured doors and windows and then slip into the enclosures of buildings.

There, he walks barefooted and sneaks into bedrooms, where he encounters occupants. He then pulls a gun and demands his booty.
