We are ready to play at any time- Medeama Head Coach dismisses late kick off theory
Medeama Sporting Club head coach, Ibrahim Tanko, has seemingly dismissed theories connected to the Mauve and Yellow’s high level of performance in home games by stating that his team is ready to play at any given time.
His statement comes in reaction to suggestions that Medeama perform better at home when playing under flood lights ahead of the club’s Ghana Premier League clash against Vision on Friday, May 2 at 18:00 GMT.
In its last home game that was played late, Medeama thrashed Young Apostles 3-0 with Black Stars full back Kamaradini Mamudu scoring a first half brace but Ibrahim Tanko isn’t buying into that notion.
“No I think every time that we are supposed to play, we are ready and if it’s three o’clock or if it is six o’clock in the night, I think the only thing is [that] we have to give our best to win if it’s six or three” Tanko said.

Medeama rank seventh in the Ghana Premier League standings.
