The Appointments Committee of Parliament has submitted the report of the second batch of ministerial nominees vetted on January 21, 2025, to be considered by the House for approval.
These vetted nominees include Ahmed Ibrahim, Minister-designate for Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs; Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, Minister-designate for Gender, Children, and Social Protection; and Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, Minister-designate for Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry.
The debate concluded successfully with the House unanimously approving all three nominees.
