[VIDEO]: Parliament grills Sam George, Ablakwa, 6 others

The Appointments Committee of Parliament has commenced the vetting of the second batch of ministerial nominees.

The nominees appearing before the committee today include Abdul-Rashid Hassan Pelpuo, Minister-designate for Labour, Jobs, and Employment; Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, Minister-designate for Environment, Science, and Technology; Samuel Nartey George, Minister-designate for Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovations; and Kofi Iddie Adams, Minister-designate for Sports and Recreation.

Others are Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Foreign Affairs Minister-designate; Joseph Bukari Nikpe, Transport Minister-designate; Issifu Seidu, State Minister-designate in charge of Climate Change and sustainability; and Mrs. Charity Gardiner, Minister-designate for the Ahafo Region.
