Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has returned to Parliament with a revised proposal for the passage of the Electronic Levy (E-Levy) Bill.
Mr Ofori-Atta has made a strong case with a slash of the levy from the initial 1.75% to 1.5%.
The Majority in Parliament is determined to have the levy passed to shore up revenue, but the Minority in Parliament has vowed to reject the levy explaining that it will bring hardship to ordinary Ghanaians.
