Three suspects arrested in connection with A/R NDC shooting granted bail

Three out of the four suspects arrested in connection with the shooting incident at the NDC’s party office in Kumasi have been granted bail.

Lawyers for the suspects proceeded to the High Court after the Asokwa District Court denied them bail.

The suspects, including Dauda Ibrahim alias Wayo, Abdul Ganiu and Samuel Agyin alias Rock have been granted bail for 100000 Ghana cedis each with two sureties.

The suspects are also expected to report to the Ashanti Regional Crime Officer first Monday every month.

Lawyer for the suspects, Evans Amankwah maintains his clients remain and appealed to relatives of the deceased to be patient and allow the legal processes to work.

He said the substantive case still holds and will continue on May, 21 at the Asokwa District Court.
