‘There will never be another OJ BLAQ’-Netizens pay tribute to fallen music legend
Netizens including musicians within the Ghana music industry have paid a glowing tribute to the late OJ Blaq, one of the most renowned rappers in Ghana’s entertainment history.
Celebrities and netizens have described him as a talented musician whose replica will never emerge in the music industry.

OJ Blaq, born Andy Nii Akrashie died in the early morning of Thursday, August 17 after battling kidney-related disease.
OJ Blaq began his music career in the early 2000s and released his debut album, âThe Blaq Mixtapeâ in 2006.
He became popular in the music industry when he released the hit song âChalewoteâ which featured Asem and Captain Planet.
Aside from the music profession, the ‘Chalewote’ hitmaker starred in many movies and local drama series.
Subsequently, OJ Blaq made a U-turn from secular music to join the gospel fraternity later in his music career.
OJ Blaq died at age 40.
