Team Eternity Ghana announces death of a member
Ghanaian gospel music group, Team Eternity Ghana, has announced the death of a member, Nhyira Marfo.
A statement issued by the team said Nhyira, one of the lead singers of Team Eternity Ghana, passed away on August 7, 2024.
“On Wednesday, 7th August 2024, we received news of the sudden passing of our friend and sister, Nhyira Marfo.
Grief-stricken and heartbroken as we are, yet we turn to the Lord from Whom all comfort flows. We trust in Him Who knows the end from the beginning and take refuge in his promise that, ‘…surely I am with you always, to the very end of age. (Matthew 28:20),” the release stated.
Recently, the talented group gave a resounding performance at the Xplo event organized by the youth of Bethany Methodist Church in Dzorwulu, Accra.
The gospel music group shot to the limelight in 2022 after releasing their first album ‘Sound of Eternity’.
The 14 track album features Lordina, Pastor Isaiah, and EBEN, and reflects the collective’s steadfast faith and devotion to God.
Their recent ‘Testimony’ album, has propelled them to greater heights, with ‘Defe Defe’ topping various music charts in Ghana and the global music market.
