“Stop making up stories,” Rita Dominic debunks claims of causing scene at Ghana birthday party
Nollywood actress Rita Dominic has dismissed reports that she caused a scene at a birthday party in Ghana last weekend.
The actress went to her page to clarify the false information circulating on social media.
The reports alleged that Rita Dominic snubbed her admirers and shoved off the press who wanted to take videos and pictures of her at the party of a Ghanaian businessman, Richard Quaye.
Rita Dominic reacted to the reports, stating that as a celebrity, she understands the role of the press during public events. She emphasised that it would be unreasonable to prevent the media from doing their job.
“Duh! A person who does the kind of job I do and is out in a public place would not stop the press from doing their job. That’s lame. Stop making up stories that don’t make sense,” she wrote.
Rita Dominic’s response has garnered support from her fans, who expressed their solidarity with her regardless of whether she was guilty or not.
