In the face of a narrow 1-0 defeat against Namibia on Tuesday afternoon, the Black Queens of Ghana have clinched a hard-fought victory, securing their place in the highly anticipated 2024 WAFCON tournament.
Despite the setback in the recent match, Ghana’s aggregate triumph of 3-2 over Namibia prompted a wave of congratulatory messages from notable figures, including Sports Minister Hon. Mustapha Ussif, Ghana FA President, the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG), and other well-wishers.
