Siisi Baidoo Gives Hope With Revelation Album
It’s been a good journey for gospel singer and leader of Crafted Nation, Siisi Baidoo since his song, Onyame Tumfo got him into the spotlight two years ago.
This year, the artiste who is also a professional Marketing Consultant has taken things a notch higher with the release of a new album, Revelation.
The 14-track Revelation album which was launched in Accra last month feature songs including Revelation, Kabiyesi, The Promise, Halleluyah, Otim Ho Daa, Fire, Jesus, Atmosphere Medley, Me Do, Anago, W’ayeyi and Ayeyi.
Siisi worked with some young Gospel musicians such as Philip Adzale, Sheila Joy, Sandra Boakye Duah, and two Nigerians; Theophilus Sunday & Tobi Osho.
The album also features Vivi Adjei and Maame Ama Ackaah-Gyasi of Crafted Nation Family.
Songs on the album were written by Siisi Baido, Stephen Amanor Sackey, Nana Adjei Kuffour, Emmanuel Juddah with Kwesi Taylor of Aeon Music, Crafted Nation and Yadah House as producers.
The project is a live recording of Siisi’s Splendor concerts which came off in October 2021 and March 2022 respectively.
Taking listeners through different presentations of Gospel music from deep-seated worship songs and medleys to praise songs, Siisi and the Crafted Nation Family revive a sense of commitment to worship among people of Christian faith.
In a conversation with Graphic Showbiz, Siisi Baidoo disclosed the album was released to carry hope in dire moments when people are resorting to unethical means for survival.
“With all the bad news happening around the world, I’m confident songs on the album will inspire, guide and teach listeners to always trust in God.
“The songs are also presented in different rhythms to satisfy the music tastes of my audience”, he added.
Siisi Baidoo founded Crafted Nation Family, a non-denominational music and outreach ministry based in Accra as a tool of evangelism to snatch the youth from destructive paths.
According to him, he is excited to have the vision of the family on course since it started with its outreach programmes a few years ago.
Siisi Baidoo groomed his talent as a backing vocalist for the likes of Rev Denzel, Joe Mettle, Pastor Joe Beecham, Eugene Zuta, among others.
“I am happy they gave me the platform to grow my singing abilities and to be also empowered to train others as well,” he concluded.
