Sheet pan pancakes recipe

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • cooking spray
  • 4 cups pancake mix (such as Bisquick®)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Generously spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.

  2. Mix pancake mix, milk, and eggs together in a large bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour into the prepared sheet pan. Top with strawberries and blueberries.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the center of the pancake is springy to the touch and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 15 minutes.

Cook’s Note

You can use all blueberries, or chocolate chips, or peanut butter chips if you prefer.
