Shackles broken, anointing overflows as Rev. Anaba graces Cedar Mountain’s ‘Momentum 2022’
In a spiritually-charged atmosphere, hundreds of lives were transformed through God’s servant Rev. Joseph Eastwood Anaba, as he mounted the Cedar Mountain Chapel (CMC) podium as a guest minister.
The founder of the Fountain Gate Chapel was hosted by the lead pastor of the Cedar Mountain Chapel (CMC), Rev. Stephen Wengam, in a three-day event as part of their 40-day fasting and prayer dubbed, ‘Momentum 2022’.
Before a mammoth audience gathered at the auditorium of the plush church edifice located at East Legon, the renowned man of God superintended over a powerful session on Monday, February 8.
In a short sermon, the renowned preacher said in the next few years, the congregation will produce extraordinary people who will transform society.
Citing Acts 1:6 from the Bible, he said it was a time of restoration and refreshment that will spur ordinary Christians to perform signs and wonders.
He underscored that despite the scourge of the COVID-19 pandemic and other societal challenges, including economic difficulties, the church would receive power to surmount any obstacle.
“May every inertia in your life be turned into momentum in 2022 to be an overcomer,” he declared.
He, therefore, encouraged the congregants to yearn for God who will be manifested in their lives through miracles that surpass what had been documented in the Bible.
Referencing 1 Samuel 10:6, Rev. Anaba observed that the congregants shall become new beings after tasting the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit.
His work was not complete without an anointing and deliverance session, with many experiencing the power of God.
He prayed and laid hands on the people gathered for the service as many fell under the anointing of God.
Others burst into uncontrollable tongue-speaking moments as the atmosphere was filled with worship.
For some, it was their ‘road to Damascus’ as others were freed from spiritual bondage.
It was a miracle-receiving moment for attendees to mark a breakthrough in their lives as 2022 unfolds.
Uncharacteristic of most churches drunk in the quest to squeeze every dime from members, Rev. Anaba led a session of offertory which were disbursed and donated to individuals in need of money, as the Holy Spirit led him.
Rev. Anaba offered special prayers for Rev. Wengam, who has steered the church’s affairs from rooftop to a beautiful edifice, with the impartation of the undiluted word of God to church members and others within the East Legon enclave.
“You will not struggle to do anything God has called you to do,” Rev. Anaba prophesied into the life of Rev. Wengam, whose ministry has blossomed, earning Cedar Mountain Chapel the 2022 Church of Excellence Award.
CMC, a thriving church established 10 years ago, has a magnificent, awe-striking facility that greets anyone entering East Legon from Shiashie.
Rev. Anaba was impressed with the administration of the church as he praised Rev. Wengam for his mammoth efforts in establishing the branch of the Assemblies of God Church, Ghana.
“No man of God who likes money will build such a structure. He would rather use the money for something else,” Rev. Anaba extolled Rev Wengam’s love for God, which inspired the use of his 10-year investment plus A.G. pastor appreciation money for the church building project.
Rev. Anaba, the President of the Eastwood Anaba Ministries (EAM) headquartered at Bolgatanga, was impressed with the spirituality of the CMC congregants.
People have eulogized the faith of Rev. Wengam, he stated.
“He is a man of God who captivates you from wherever he is speaking. When you hear him, you know he has content and substance. I believe you people (church members) are well fed with the word of God and spirit of God in this house,” he acknowledged.
